盛义发,博士,教授,硕士生导师,湖南省青年骨干教师,bw必威西汉姆联官网党委书记;湖南省一流本科专业建设点负责人,湖南省研究生培养创新实践基地负责人,第三批湖南省高校党建“标杆院系”负责人;中国机械工程教育协会机器人工程专业委员会委员,湖南省普通本科高校电气自动化与仪器类专业教学指导委员会委员;中国电力教育协会专家库专家,湖南省输变电产业集群专家;工信部就业创业创新示范实践基地执行主任,湖南省工程研究中心执行主任,湖南省现代产业学院执行院长,湖南省首批卓越工程师培养(实践)基地执行主任。
主持与参与国家自然科学基金、省部级科研项目和横向项目10余项,主持湖南省学位与研究生教育改革研究重大项目、湖南省普通高等学校教学改革研究重点项目、教育部首批“新工科”研究与实践项目等教育教学质量工程项目6项,发表学术论文40余篇,其中SCI/EI收录论文30余篇;编写教材及专著3部,获湖南省高等教育教学成果奖三等奖1项,教育部新工科研究与实践项目结题“优秀”;指导学生获湖南省“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛一等奖等多项。
